PA / VA (Virtual Assistant) Franchise Opportunity

A great opportunity is now available for a self-motivated, driven entrepreneur. Working as a PA (personal assistant) – or VA (Virtual Assistant), you’ll have all the flexibility of owning your own business, but without the problems that come with starting one.

We especially pride ourselves on being able to support our community with any questions they might have: our expert team can offer guidance, while the wider community of franchisees are always around to lend a hand or bounce ideas off.

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious enough to be their own boss – and motivated enough to do it from home. You’ll need to be able to chat with people from all walks of life: our customers are almost all small business owners who just need a helping hand. In fact, we often refer to ourselves as ‘the 25th hour in the day’! That means we’ll need you to be flexible, too. Tasks range from social media management to booking travel arrangements, and even occasionally things like having bicycles especially couriered overseas.

We’re not expecting you to have all these skills already. Our fantastic training programme means that you’ll know exactly what to do when the time comes. What we’re truly looking for is a drive to succeed and grow – we encourage our franchisees to employ others to boost their business.

That said, organisational skills are key for a personal assistant, virtual or otherwise!

All of our franchisees’ businesses are different, and your days could vary wildly from one to the other based on the demands of your customers. We’d love to hear from you even if you don’t have experience in everything – it’s a flexible role and we’re looking for the right person to bring their own set of skills to the table. However, some typical tasks include:

Content marketing:

• Social media content creation
• Social media community management
• Blog writing
• Email marketing

Business admin:

 Responding to client’s emails

• Setting up conference calls or in-person meetings
• Taking minutes
• Updating CRM systems
• Booking travel arrangements

Franchise growth: 

• Networking & meeting prospective clients
• Building a team of fantastic hard workers to better meet the needs of your clients
