Brighton 1 day a week / London 1 day a week / Remote

We are working with a growing digital agency to support them to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager – responsible for all end-to-end recruitment activity across their UK business (London, Brighton and Cardiff).

The TA will ensure that the business continually attracts and recruits a range of top talent with a key focus on direct hiring. DE&I must be at the forefront of all everything. Working with the Head of People on key projects such as developing and evolving the employer brand strategy to increase awareness of the agency in the marketplace.

  • Having overall responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment of all vacant roles within the business
  • Developing the Talent Strategy in conjunction with the Head of People; ensuring that all aspects of the hiring process are defined
  • Prioritise direct hiring for roles including the use of linkedin recruiter, company website, referral scheme and social media channels
  • Defining the sign-off process in conjunction with Head of People and Head of Finance
  • Screening candidates before shortlisting; conducting face to face interviews where appropriate / necessary before sending shortlist to hiring managers
  • Tracking all recruitment activity in Excel or ATS system
  • Ensuring all activity is GDPR compliant
  • Responsibility for selecting the appropriate and relevant job boards to attract a diverse range of candidates
  • Building a talent pipeline; actively meeting and engaging with potential future talent
  • Negotiating T’s&C’s to form a new PSL
  • Enhancing the iCrossing employer brand and hiring experience
  • Increasing audience reach and engagement on Linkedin, The Dots and other relevant platforms by devising a content calendar and collaborating with comms team to ensure regular engaging and relevant content is posted
  • Monthly reporting – metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire, status updates on live roles
  • Provide expertise on Best Practice for hiring managers including toolkits and training
  • Continuing to develop Entry level schemes such as apprenticeships
  • Benchmarking of salaries
  • Networking – Attendance at relevant events to increase brand awareness
  • Hiring freelance roles across the business when required and building a preferred freelance talent network for the business’
  • To be an ambassador of the agency and its values.

You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time.

It is imperative that we have someone who has previous experience at hiring within an agency / creative environment and is comfortable with majority of the hires being direct.

Ideally you will also have worked on projects outside of hiring and anything around employer branding / onboarding and induction would be a massive bonus.

The head office is in Brighton and in line with their return to the office, there will be a requirement to spend 1 day a week there, and 1 additional day a week either in Brighton or the London office. One of the two days will be a team anchor day where the whole of that team are in together.
