Accounts Senior, in practice, permanent, open to flexibility, c£38k FTE* (dependent on experience), Cirencester
Overview
This established accountancy practice in Cirencester is looking for an Accounts Senior. They fully support part-time and flexible working, and whilst the role will be mostly office based, they are open to some remote working.
The role
Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparation of annual accounts for small limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
• Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns.
• Production of management accounts.
• Building client relationships.
• Managing junior members of staff.
Personal Specification
• Previous experience of working in practice is essential (minimum 4 years).
• Knowledge of FRS 102
• Minimum AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
• Experience of one or more of these accounting packages is essential – Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
• Proficient user of excel.
• Excellent communication skills, organised and able to work under pressure.
Hours
This is a permanent position, either part time (min 3 days a week or equivalent hours) or full time.
Location
This role is predominantly office based in the office.
Salary and other benefits
Salary c£38k FTE* Dependent on experience. 24 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata. Auto enrolment pension.
