An exciting opportunity has become available to support a property asset management company, who look after 2 portfolios of commercial properties.

Job description

* Invoice processing – ensuring all invoices are ready and approved for payment, confirm and record payment, and follow up any unpaid invoices
* Maintain tracker for all rent received
* Maintain tracker for all costs and capex
* Support in preparation of quarterly reporting

Requirements

* Strong numerical skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Must have good attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently
* Ideally have a finance or numerical background

This is a freelance role, 1 full day per week or 2 half days. It is a remote working role, but ideally in the Basingstoke area to be able to have adhoc face to face meetings.
