Collins Property Recruitment is seeking a Client Care Lead (remote working) who has commercial awareness and confidence to build strong relationships and deliver a personalised and customer-focused service.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all clients receive the highest standard of service possible from their company.
We recruit for many of the UK’s leading Residential, Commercial and Property Investment firms, cultivating professional relationships with a tailor-made service.
Duties include:
- Establishing and maintaining professional contacts.
- Communicating with clients regularly, gathering client feedback and encouraging further sales from the client.
- Developing relationships with existing clients and advising them of additional services.
- Manage, create, and implement customer feedback surveys.
- Deal with a range of clients and candidates, always offering exceptional customer service.
- Together with the CEO, you will develop and monitor a client acquisition plan.
- Ensure we always put the ‘best team’ and ‘best solution’ forward for each opportunity.
- Ensure we correctly diagnose and understand the client’s business and their needs.
- Plan, prioritise and structure own workload to manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Research and develop contacts within our market.
- Review correspondence to ensure consistency and brand compliance.
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- A recruitment background is essential, not necessarily as a recruiter.
- A considered and consultative approach.
- An entrepreneurial spirit.
- The confidence to deal with decision-makers and business owners.
- Ability to plan, manage and implement new ideas.
Entirely remote (anywhere in the UK) and fully flexible. As it is a totally new role, we are open-minded with regards to the working days and hours, ultimately it all depends on the right person.
