Our client is the premier accountancy for growing companies in Kent and the South East. They have a team in the Philippines who do the compliance work and they have daily video conference huddle meetings. In the UK, they do the added value work with clients and support the team, reviewing year end accounts and client meetings and much more.
The Role
This is a new Client Manager role due to the growth of the practice and you will be joining the 2 UK based employees and have strong connections to the Philippines based team.
Predominantly a client management role, you will be responsible for a critical eye over the files being sent back by the Philippine’s office and the delivery of the accounts, along with explanation and guidance to the client. Client relationship management and satisfaction are key to this position and the candidate will be tasked with ensuring delight in all their client interactions. This will be a rewarding role for someone who wants to work in a forward-thinking accounting practice.
The Candidate
Our client is looking for someone who is a fully qualified Accountant with at least 5 years’ experience working in an accounting practice, has a great can-do attitude and who wants to help our client’s team and importantly our client's clients.
As Client Manager, you will be supporting their clients (partners) in a variety of ways, supporting team members, reviewing work, and preparing work where required. You must be proficient with technology, confident on the phone and emailing clients.
The Terms
This new and highly flexible Client Manager role requires 25 hours per week (although more will be considered), with a working pattern to suit the candidate. A salary of c£50K FTE is available and a hybrid (predominantly remote, if desired) working arrangement with occasional requirement to be in Tunbridge. Parking onsite and 25 days annual leave (FTE) are available.
