We are very well established supporting Local Government as a consulting organisation with particular strengths in the effective use of technology and in the achievement of benefits through business process change and transformation. Having helped deliver the first Oracle Cloud programme into local government, we have gone on to build an enviable reputation for successful delivery.
As a result of our continued growth, achieved through winning and delivering multiple programmes across the UK, we now have an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic leader to help inspire our clients and lead on their ERP programme delivery alongside your team.
You will be extremely comfortable deploying into customers in an advisory capacity and utilising your excellent stakeholder and communication skills to work with them to define the best possible solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
Manage and liaise with clients to identify new and changing business requirements and opportunities
Leadership as a trusted and credible advisor for ERP programme delivery
As part of senior team, engage in business development, supporting bid writing, and finding new clients
Input to our centre of excellence on strategy, models, patterns, policies and standards
Planning and leading on the execution of major programmes including scope and governance
Conduct due diligence on solutions design to ensure proposals meet client requirements
Hire, lead, manage and develop direct reports including mentoring member(s) from our Future Consultant Programme
To be successful in this role you will have:
Significant experience of Programme Managing ERP (Cloud/Fusion)
A history of work developing and presenting solutions and/or selling professional services
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Enthusiasm and drive to succeed
Enjoy working in an open and collaborative environment, supporting all areas of the business where you can add value
Experience within Local Government is desirable but not essential

Full time, Part time, Flexible – Minimum of 2.5 days a week, but could go up in 0.5 days and spread over the week, so completely flexible for the right talent.
