Data Analyst. 35 to 40 hours per week. Hybrid (remote and Farringdon) up to £27K FTE*.
Our Client
Our client is a successful retail data company that provide data analytics and insights to inform and empower businesses.
They are currently seeking Data Analyst.
The Role
Our client is looking for a Data Analyst, working with their Insight Team helping their clients better understand their assets, their markets, their competitors and make better informed decisions. You will be responsible for cleansing data, checking data exports, and preparing reports, providing full support to our Insight Analysts team.
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and
compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
• Partner with operations/marketing/sales teams to consult and develop process improvements to
meet business needs.
• Reviewing clients’ data exports and support in the onboarding of new clients
• Checking our clients’, client’s portal to ensure full accuracy of the data
• Investigating open-source dataset to aid discovery of new datasets
• Preparing reports and visualising data
The Candidate
• Academic excellence: A 2:2 or better in a relevant subject e.g. maths, finance, computer science, real estate, geography, economics
• Experience in a data analyst role, property or real estate sector ideally but not essential
• Experience working in the retail/leisure sector desirable but not essential
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel is essential
• Knowledge of SQL/MySQL desirable but not essential
• Good time management
• Highly organised
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Fast learner
• Ability to work under pressure
• Reliable, positive and professional can-do attitude
• Be self-driven and show ability to work with unstructured data and ambiguous, but rewarding projects

The Terms
• Salary: £25,000-£27,000 FTE*
• 23 days leave FTE
• Employer pension contributions of 3% on pensionable earnings
