Our client is currently seeking a Data Quality Administrator to assist in maintaining their database of over 680,000 retail and leisure businesses. This is a great opportunity to work flexibly for a dynamic company with room to grow.

They are a successful retail data company that provide data analytics and insights to inform and empower businesses.

The Role

You will quality check the work of the field team, update data on major retailers’ portfolios through online searches, and contact stores to quality check the data.

Key Responsibilities

Process the data received from the field research team into the in-house database
Feedback on ways to improve the quality of the data
Update major retailers’ portfolios via online searches
Contact stores to quality check the data held in the database
Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers

The Candidate – Essential Skills

Great attention to detail
Ability to examine and work with a large amount of data
Track record of achieving individual targets
Proven written and verbal communication skills
High level of personal planning, organisation and initiative
Previous knowledge of Excel, Access or similar database software welcome (although training on bespoke software will be provided)
Attitude
Self-starter that can run with tasks until they are completed
Reliable, positive and professional can-do attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Ability to work under pressure, taking full responsibility to meet deadlines
Willing to take accountability for ensuring accuracy and quality of work

Terms

Flexibility of hours with a minimum of 20 hours per week
Mix of office based in Farringdon and remote working
Flexibility of working pattern –the best working hours for your work-life balance can be agreed
Salary (for a Full Time Equivalent): £23,000 dependent on experience (possible increase following probation)
Performance related bonus (paid quarterly) up to £2,800 per annum (FTE)
Company pension (3% employer contribution)
Holiday: 23 days (FTE)
