We are looking for someone with experience in general commercial contracts and compliance (including UK GDPR) to lead our Contracts and Compliance team at Business Clan in SW London.
Business Clan is a multi award-winning business consultancy and professional services firm with a well-established brand and client base. Our trusted advisors and consultants are all specialists in their own fields and industries, bringing and sharing a depth and breadth of knowledge and expertise to all our clients. We have worked with over 250 businesses across south west London and Surrey: developing and implementing recruitment and HR strategies, formulating strategic plans for growth, increasing client sales through digital marketing campaigns, improving online presence by designing and building websites, supporting cloud-based implementations for financial management, and reviewing contract terms and conditions – in summary, we partner with businesses to help them grow.
Our Contracts and Compliance team review and draft contracts, privacy policies and terms and conditions, and implement best practice. They work closely with our Strategy and HR teams to ensure our clients have a sound commercial infrastructure in place to protect their businesses and enable them to prosper.
Although this position is advertised as a full time role, we champion flexible working. We are very open to hearing from candidates who meet the required criteria for the role, whether they are seeking full time, part time or working arrangements which are flexible in other ways. Our office is based in Raynes Park. Some of our team enjoy time in the office routinely, others work remotely, and many split their time between home and office working.
