About the Role

Fingleton is one of the most highly rated strategic advisors. We advise executive teams across a wide range of companies on competition and regulatory issues – from some of the largest multinationals to disruptive challengers and start-ups.

You will work closely with the Director of Business Development and our team of subject matter experts to develop and implement our coordinated BD and marketing approach. This may include:

  • Providing input into the marketing and business development strategy, including researching and presenting relevant initiatives
  • Managing the implementation of a broad variety of marketing and business development activities, such as marketing collateral, email campaigns and occasional events
  • Coordinating projects with an awareness of budget and timescale targets, briefing third parties appropriately and working collaboratively to ensure creative output meets quality standards, brand guidelines and team objectives
  • Working with Fingleton colleagues and third parties as appropriate to produce relevant and engaging content in a variety of formats (to support marketing initiatives, pitches or client meetings)
  • Managing the website and social media channels to make sure content is up-to-date
  • Managing our CRM to support and enhance client relationships and develop opportunities
  • Developing market insights to help inform business strategy
  • Producing reports to track the relative effectiveness of various BD/marketing initiatives

About Fingleton

We help CEOs and senior management anticipate and address novel or complex regulatory problems critical to the continuing success of their businesses.

As one of the only pure regulatory advisory firms in the world, our work typically falls into two broad categories. We regularly help businesses unlock greater business opportunities and accelerate growth through the adoption of a proactive and positive regulatory strategy. We also help businesses navigate regulatory appeals and investigations, which may be related to the industry they operate in or to specific business activity such as an acquisition which raises competition concerns.

Our team comprises experts from a diverse range of backgrounds, from working within regulators and government to consultancy and private practice. This unique mix of advisory expertise allows us to offer strategic insights that help our clients be more successful, both commercially and socially.

We are a close-knit team and aim to balance our passion for quality and progressive on-brand thinking, with a friendly and supportive culture. We work flexibly and collaboratively from our central London office or from home.
