Our Client
Our client is a successful and growing food manufacturer specialising in savoury ingredients.

The Role
Based on the edge of Sevenoaks, this role will be reporting into the Finance Director.

This role is being introduced both to support the current HR function and take ownership of recruitment in the business. There is also significant opportunity to develop and take on further responsibilities.

• Developing direct sourcing strategies to ensure we attract good quality candidates in sufficient numbers.
• Managing the recruitment process throughout the business with a focus on factory positions. This is to include:
Aiding with job specifications
Placing of adverts and collating responses
Screening and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the nosiness requirements
Understanding the requirements of each role and undertaking first interviews
Completing administration for new starters
Managing the review process for new starters including 6 monthly review
• Assist with payroll and other human resources administration

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be:
• Experienced in managing recruitment processes and campaigns.
• Organised and proactive, with the drive to deliver results and manage self effectively.
• Has a high impact as a communicator – verbally, written and in meetings.
• Consultative in approach.
• helpful and a good team player
• Knowledge of ethical employment requirements and SMETA audits would be an advantage.

The Terms
Our client is open to part time candidates and feel that the role requires a minimum of 2.5 days (or equiv). They are happy to pay up to £40K depending on experience. They provide free parking, 25 days holidays (FT equivalent) and matched pension contributions.

*Please note the salary quoted is the Full Time Annual Equivalent, and the actual salary will depend on the final hours agreed.
