Our Client
Our client is a global impact organisation, with 3,000 employees in over 90 countries. They are experienced in implementing large, complex programmes supporting skills and employment and are currently delivering 30 programmes for the UK Government.

The Role
Our client currently has a vacancy for a part time Recruitment Lead to join them delivering a government programme, covering five sites across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and screening candidates to ensure that our client's team is appropriately resourced to fulfil our customer service and contractual commitments. This is a standalone role within the project team with full ownership for resourcing the project. Please note that this role will not be involved in securing employment for our clients end-user customers.
The Recruitment Lead will ensure that we meet our clients headcount targets by:
• Providing effective recruitment solutions by effectively liaising with hiring managers to ensure full understanding of their requirements.
• Applying best practice sourcing and selection techniques in such a manner as to attract and engage quality candidates.
• Applying innovative sourcing methodologies and participate in various activities such as job fairs, conferences etc.
• Using social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Supporting with the design and delivery of competency-based interviews and use appropriate assessment tools.
• Working in close collaboration with the HR Co-ordinator to ensure effective hand off of successful candidates to the onboarding process.
• Maintaining regular contact with candidates and provide relevant and timely information and advice to enable them to make informed decisions, including the provision of developmental feedback to unsuccessful candidates
• Providing advice and support on global employment best practice and legislation to projects and teams
• Continuously improve recruitment practices on the project to ensure maximum efficiency and a high quality candidate experience.

The Candidate
Our client is looking for an experienced recruitment professional with demonstrable experience in end-to-end recruitment. Ideally with in-house experience, recruiting diverse candidates across the spectrum of contract types in multiple locations.

You will have a proven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing, and hiring for both high-volume and niche positions
• Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets
• Sound knowledge of best practice in recruitment, diversity and inclusion, safeguarding and employment strategies and approaches
• Strong technical IT ability and to learn new ATS (Cornerstone on Demand)
• Exceptional standard of written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to advise and liaise across all levels of the organisation
• Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and changing international environment
• Ability to adapt and deliver under changing priorities and with incomplete information
• Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to lead and advise on negotiations in the business's best interest
• Well-developed and highly effective organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels in an organisation

The Terms
This is a home/remote-based position, where the candidate can be based anywhere in the UK. The candidate may be required to travel to Hampshire or the Isle of Wight to attend our client's five offices (Andover, Winchester, Eastleigh, Southampton, Newport Isle of Wight) on occasion.
This is a part time position, at 0.6 FTE (3 days per week across weekdays, exact working pattern can flexible according to the needs of both parties).
A basic salary of £14,400 – £18,000 (£24-30K FTE, depending on experience) + 20% monthly bonus, paid monthly in arrears, based on achieving recruitment targets.
