Part-time Sales & Marketing Support Co-ordinator, 4 days/wk (or equivalent), Remote & London, £30k fte*

The Role
You will support the Sales Director and wider Sales & Marketing team by ensuring the smooth running of the department’s data management and administrative needs. The role is wide and varied.
Key responsibilities and activities:
Sales & Marketing team support:
PA to Sales Director and diary coordination within team and wider company
Meetings and travel arrangements
Meeting minutes and dissemination
Sales & Marketing staff induction planning and coordination
Contractor process management
Design and management of shared document filing system
Product Support:
Monthly extraction, collation and dissemination of reports for clients
Helpdesk monitoring and reporting
Preparation of materials for approval on Zinc system
Sales Reporting and database management:
Extraction and collation of data for KPIs utilising Sales Force, Hubspot and Excel
Data cleansing
Contact search, collation and input
Marketing support:
Event coordination, eg, budget management and sourcing materials
Administration support with CRM and Marketing tools
Occasional support to Board members and general office admin duties as required
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be pro-active and keen to get involved. You’ll have:
1-2 years in a similar role
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel & Outlook) and willingness to learn new systems
Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
Positive, professional and flexible attitude
Able to follow instructions as well as take full ownership of delegated tasks
Strong organisational and time management skills
Multi-tasker
Keen attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Pro-active, energetic and resourceful

Terms
The role is seeking 4 days/wk or equivalent with a salary on offer of circa £30k depending on experience. Benefits include:
25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing to 28 days with length of service (pro-rated for P/T)
