The Client
Our client is a newly established charity with backing and input from a leading global firm.

The Role
This brand new position is a varied and interesting role for someone to oversee the day to day activity of the charity in conjunction with the CEO. The key tasks will include;
– Organising meetings, minutes, can be across different time zones.
– Available for a monthly meeting 4-6pm on a Friday, only once a month.
– Booking appointments
– Passionate about Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in business and the health & safety sector
– Updating Linkedin, website updates, organising online events / seminars
– Updating / creating HR policies

The role has huge potential to develop as the charity grows and they are hopeful that the contract will be extended beyond the initial 6 months.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be self-driven, organised & confident at dealing with senior stakeholders. Experienced in a similar position and ideally with experience working across global time zones. It is a wonderful opportunity for someone to run with and make their own.

The Terms
The role will be 20-25 hours a week, £30k FTE. Ideally looking for immediately available candidates, initially a 6 month contract with hope and intention to extend. Based in offices in St Albans and remotely, depending on needs of the individual, the charity and the CEO.
