Project Coordinator

PROJECT COORDINATOR – 16-20 HOURS PER WEEK
£32K FTE*
Flexible and remote – ideally able to be in London one day per month.

Come and join our small, friendly and ambitious team as a Project Coordinator. We are an advertising agency for some of the world’s largest Professional Services firms.

Requirements for the role: You’ll be incredibly organised, confident and an adaptable and empathetic communicator. You’ll be supporting the team on the day to day management of project delivery, ensuring work is delivered within deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Creating, monitoring and updating project plans, defining key milestones and adding to or creating new processes as we go.

You’ll keep everyone on top of each project’s status, ensuring the scope of work is adhered to.

You will be the conduit between all project team members and other agencies, sometimes across different time zones. You’ll ensure everyone has the right support to complete their tasks – knowing when to loop different people together at critical stages of the process, and when to pick up the phone!

The Ideal Candidate…

Will have an understanding of digital campaign processes. Previous experience of marketing or agency within project management or account management would be helpful.

Is comfortable working with the relevant software and able to build in workflow templates and dashboards

Will be able to juggle multiple workstreams and communicate across all levels of seniority.

May not be able to cover every point above but can draw on relevant experiences to learn on the job.

*Full time equivalent – actual salary will depend on final hours agreed.
