Successful Mums Career Academy is an award-winning training company providing FREE career training for mums.

We provide online, accredited funded training to help mums back to work or be their own boss. We have helped over 6,500 women so far.

The new Senior Marketing and Communications role is a hands-on with a ‘can do’ approach, to ensure we meet our contractual numbers with fully booked training courses.

The role includes showcasing the great work we do and developing our social media presence as we grow as a business.

The main purpose of this role to generate bookings, oversee the sales funnel and ensuring a seamless onboarding process into our CRM database and a fantastic customer experience. Therefore, an understanding of Insightly, HubSpot or a similar CRM system is essential.

You’ll report directly to the founder to create a robust marketing and social media strategy, engage with our referral partners along with keeping our website up to date with course details and inspiring case studies.

The role holder must have a genuine passion and understanding of the barriers returning mums face and the value they bring to a business.

The role holder will be part of our small senior management and be required to work collaboratively with peers across the business to support social media and communication.

We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and has a proven track record of meeting set targets.

Experience of government funding and Ofsted would be an advantage although not essential.

Working for a not for profit or small training provider and compliance paperwork would also be an advantage.

The office is in Bromley and the role will be a mix of office and home working.
